In 1999, Ethiopian social entrepreneur Samuel Assefa with his fellow friends founded Remember the Poorest Community (RPC) (www.rememberpoorest.org). RPC was originally designed as a development program to transform and empower the marginalize communities, community leaders, and public leaders through Leadership Motivation. Since then, Jethro Leadership services were permanent component in the RPC’s leadership empowerment era www.rememberpoorest.org

Jethro-lmi - now Leadership Management Institute - grew at a rapid pace by integrating consultancy, leadership & management trainings, and international leadership management qualifications. Currently Jethro-lmi owned and leads by professionals (NGO, Industry and Business leaders) and academicians (University Professors) and became member of different national and international organizations.
