Jethro Places Values on Next Ethiopian CEO
Jethro Leadership and Management Institute (Jethro-LM) has begun providing short and long courses ranging from a mere three days to 15 months, Managing Director Samuel Assefa said. According to the MD, the entry requirement is a diploma. “We don’t receive students who have below this certificate. But what matters most is experience,” Samuel explained. The institute has the capacity to receive 25 students at once, while the minimum is 15. So far there have been 50 students since its opening in January this year.
Transformational Leadership training provided for ACCSA
Jethro-LMI has offered a three-day training on "Transformational Leadership & Change Management" for staffs of Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association (ACCSA) from May 7-9, 2010, in Adama, Ethiopia. The training aims mainly to enhance the leadership & managerial capacity of senior managers of ACCSA. In the training a total of 26 higher levele managers of the Association has been took part.
