Certification in Certified Manager TM Program has been becoming the single most important means of assuring management competency. Jethro-LMI, in partnership with Institute of Certified Professional Management (ICPM) confers the Certified Manager or "CM" for those who meet education & experience requirement s and pass three examinations. The Certified Manager Program is an international leadership and management training and certification program that develops and enhances the general competency of managers and leaders in all fields. The Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), which is an educational and business center of James Madison University, USA, the provider of this "Certified Manager" program in different part of the world.

Training Resources / Materials
Three printed study manuals with integrated case examples, application-based exercises, and review questions. ICPM’s Online Learning Center featuring chapter reviews, practice quizzes, PowerPoint slides, and other study aids. Jethro-lmi's online resources, especially journals and book reviews in different areas of leadership and management.

Deliberation Methodology
Since the training program is expected to have a multiplier effect towards strengthening the leadership capacity of the participants, the training is designed to be:
· customized with the profession of health care system, especially with pharmaceutical & libratory industry
· Applicable to the topics and suitable module for adults for adult learners
· Interactive and participatory
· Peer learning and inviting participants to share their good practice
 
Training Duration
The training comprises a total of 80- 90 hrs which is broken down into three course modules to coincide with the three CM study manuals. Class schedule options include:
· 2.5-3.0 hr classes held one time per week (10 weeks each module)
· 2.5-3.0 hr classes held two times per week (5 weeks each module)
· 4.0 hr classes held two times per week (7 weeks each module)
· 6.0 hr classes held one time per week (5 weeks each module)
· Full day classes held for 3-4 consecutive days (for each study module)
NB: The class schedule can be rearrange based on consensus
